At Shopello we are committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the earliest time frame. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time we ship through reputed courier agencies only. Orders are shipped within 4-7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms.

Shopello  is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 4-7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the customer.  Shopello  is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

Shopello  is proud to use Cashfree for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards, debit cards & UPI are accepted. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Charges

Fishing Freaks may change the shipping/delivery charges without any prior notice. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. 

The shipping charges are based on the weight of the products and delivery location. For multiple products ordered the website adds up the weight of all the individual products and charges a single shipping fee which is based on the total weight of the items in your cart and the predefined weight slabs.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 2-5 working days or as per the delivery date specified at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 4 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, email us at [email protected] mentioning your Order ID.

What if i am not available at the shipping address during the time of delivery?

A total of 2 Delivery attempts will be made to your address after which the package will be sent back to our registered office by the courier company. If the customer request re-delivery of the returned order then the additional shipment charges have to be borne by the customer which will be duly intimated via email.

Return and Cancellation Policy.

  1. Exchange of any product is not allowed unless it is physically damaged during delivery or wrong product received or Original equipment manufacturer defects.
  2. Customer should notify us by email at [email protected] within 24 hours after the delivery with the order number and the photos of the product for reference.
  3. will not accept any request after 24 hours after delivery.
  4. Shopello will arrange courier if you have received incorrect product compared to the ordered product and replace it.
  5. In case of non-availability of replacement product, coupon code of the product value will be sent to the customer once the item is returned and approved.
  6. Exchange or replacement will only be offered to the same person who originally purchase the product.
  7. All the return items must be packed in the same box or package in a good condition with all the instruction manuals and warranty (if any).
  8. Customer must request for return by using the same email address registered in our website.

Fishing Freaks will not issue any charges if the order has not been dispatched for delivery.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
